Top ↑Why did I have 3 premium payments in one month?
All premium payments are based on 26 pay periods.

Top ↑How are monthly premiums calculated?
Premium multiplied by 26 pay periods divided by 12 months.  

What forms of payment can I use?
Camco accepts electronic payments.      
* Not now but Camco is looking into alternative forms of payment.

Top ↑Do you cover Significant others?
Yes, you do not need to be married but must share an address.

Top ↑Do you cover same sex partners?
Yes.

Top ↑When are my children no longer dependents?
Children will not be covered at 19, unless a full time student until the age of 23. 
 **At that time they can start their own policy.

Top ↑Can I add my adult handicap child?
Yes, if you are the sole supporter.

Top ↑When will my premiums be deducted from my account?
Camco deducts premiums from your personal account on a bi-weekly or monthly schedule based on the average payday schedule.

Must be in writing via email, fax or postal.

Top ↑How do I know you rec’d my online applications?
Once your application has been sent successfully, a success message will be displayed on the submission page.

Top ↑Is it secure to send my bank info on the internet?
Yes, your application information is sent using 256 bit encrypted secure SSL. The email sent to us is encrypted with the highest level algorithm available outside of the government sector, and would appear as jibberish to anyone capable of intercepting your email in transit.

Please make sure that the form page is protected by SSL (see diagram below). You will notice the URL of in your browser say https instead of http. The S tells you that you are on a secured site.

Yes.

Top ↑Why does Camco ask for a 12 month agreement
By having a 12 month agreement we are able to reduce cost down and pass the saving onto you.

Top ↑What if I have not rec’d my IDcards?
If you have not received your ID cards please call the following phone numbers for the appropriate plan.

Top ↑When will I be effective?
After Camco has received your application, bank authorization and a check for ONE months premium, you can make appoints on the first day of the upcoming month.

No need to do anything, nothing changes.

You can maintain coverage. If your personal information has changed please contact our office.

Top ↑What if I move out of state, can I take my coverage with me?
Yes, VSP and Trustmark are nationwide.
* You can use any Willamette dentist in WA, OR, ID and NV.

Top ↑Do I need an id card to make an appointment?
No.  You can begin your care the first day of coverage.
